Frequently Asked Questions
Can I ship a non-running vehicle?
Yes, but it must go via container (not RoRo). Additional loading fees may apply for winching. Provide vehicle condition details when requesting a quote.
Can I put personal items in my vehicle?
For RoRo: No, strictly prohibited. For container: Yes, you can include personal items, spare parts, or tools inside the vehicle or container.
Do I need to be present at the port?
No. We handle all port documentation. You can drop off the vehicle at the port, or we arrange pickup from your location.
How do I get the title if there's a lien?
Contact your lien holder (bank/finance company) to request a lien release. Title must be clear before export. We can guide you through this process.
Is insurance included?
Basic carrier liability is included (very limited). We strongly recommend comprehensive marine insurance, which costs 2-3% of vehicle value.
What happens if my vehicle is damaged in transit?
File a claim with the carrier or your insurance provider. Document any damage immediately upon delivery. We assist with claim paperwork.
